Leveraging his early financial experience and success, Chad pursued business opportunities that accommodated his evolving priorities and family life. Chad transitioned from “Wall Street to Main Street” in 2003 and spent the next two decades growing and selling small businesses, building an impressive portfolio of accomplishments across diverse sectors. His extensive experience in banking, mortgage lending, title insurance, restoration, and construction, catapulted Title Partners Plus, LLC within two years to become the largest independent title insurance agent in PA with over 120 employees and operations in New Jersey, Maryland, and Florida; creating new revenue streams with a Mortgage Banking division.
Similarly, Chad grew Mammoth Restoration and Construction, Inc. into one of the largest independent Restoration and Construction companies in PA, which he sold in 2013. Building on that success, Chad founded Allied Restoration and Construction, Inc. expanding the start-up company throughout Florida. Allied currently operates in three states and is annualized at over $38M in revenues.
A longtime resident of Bellefonte, PA, Chad is happily married to Heather his wife of 18 years and is blessed with two beautiful children, Faye, and Lincoln. Committed to his community, Chad is dedicated to his church and enjoys coaching high school wrestling. He is the founder of the nonprofit “Coach J” which is an athletic themed outreach program to introduce people to a relationship with Jesus Christ.
