Kenneth Kashkin trained and served on the faculties of the UCLA and Yale University Schools of Medicine. Ken's career spans more than two decades as a healthcare business senior executive and biotechnology investor. A recognized leader in the financing and management of research, development and commercialization organizations, he led divisions of Bayer, Abbott, Knoll/BASF Pharma, Ferring, Baxter, and was CEO and President of Catholic Health Initiatives Institute for Research and Innovation. Ken led management teams at several biotech companies, including Nova, Genaissance, and Chromocell. He identifies and invests in breakthrough innovations as a member of the New York City based MidAtlantic BioAngels (MABA).

Mike Seckler has served as a Biotech and Pharmaceutical executive with over fifteen years’ leadership experience at the VP and General Manager level across diverse environments from start-up to large multi-national companies. Mike has developed an impressive track record in leading complex high performing teams with limited resources in the US, Canada, and Europe. Mike's commercialization responsibilities oversaw business development, new product development and marketing - including pre-launch and launch in diverse therapeutic areas: Fertility, Oncology, Cardiovascular, and Gastroenterology. Most recently Mike co-founded FerGene—a joint venture with $400mn investment from Blackstone and $170mn investment from Ferring.

Chad A. Dubin has broad experience as a venture capitalist, investment banker, equities trader, as well as entrepreneur. Chad began his career on Wall Street as an investment banker in the emerging Biotechnology sector when he
co-founded Trautman Kramer Securities, structuring and managing multiple private equity fundraising campaigns. Over his career on Wall Street, he engaged in helping to raise over $100M for numerous startup companies with a focus in the biotechnology sector. Among his fundraising efforts advancing breakthrough innovations were Aurora Biosciences, a pioneer in Gene Therapy sequencing, acquired by Merk for a $350M valuation, and Myriad Genetics, the first company to isolate and sequence the BRACA1 gene.
